It's apparent that K810 will replace K800, just like the case with W800 which after a few months was completely replaced with W810.
K810 is just a slimmer , more fashionable replica of K800 and it is not going to fill any gap; it's rather going to REPLACE K800 in order to compete with other 3.2 MP camera phones (like N73)

If it does ship April 9, then it will be just like the W880i/K550i where it started shipping almost immediately after announcement.
