@amawanqa: He's cool guy most of the time but sometimes I get the feeling that he's on some sort of masochistic mission coming here and trying to piss off as many people using UIQ. This message was posted from a K700i

@amawanqa, i occasionally listen to Algoa for the news, but am mostly tuned in to BayFM. Sadly, Algoa isn't big on hip-hop, rap and heavy bass rhythms, although they play my favourite 80's stuff over weekends. Bay is aimed at the much-younger generation, but hell, 18 till i die, i guess :-) This message was posted from a Nokia

@ brix,
Yes,that would seem to be a fair synopsis of our 'buddy'. He really seems a cool guy,and I appreciate his (occasionally) constructive input and helpfulness,but when he starts dissing all the 'inferior' OS operators, in the name of Nokia 1 Verse S60...

@ kryptik,
Good stuff,as Algoa used to drive me nuts when I worked as a casual in Greenacres for four years while I was studying.What a relatively 'lame' station,IMO. I mean,I dig my alternative music,so you can imagine what I had to endure being exposed to hours of Jill Stewart's Housewive's Requests during the school holidays in the early 90's...oh hell,it's enough to make me genuinely 'naar'...

@Kryptik. I am using a P910, I just got a SE V800. The reason is my wife got a Samsung Z500 and I had to get a 3g phone. I had to get one myself. As far as I know nne of her friends have a 3g phone. The phone would be useless for her, now its only the two of us. The worst is the availability of the network ekasi.
Sorry for the long story. I am using the P910 and V800.

@Brix. I like the way we use our names for nicknames. It kind of make you feel great, especially if you like the nickname.

@Amawanqa. Thank

Thanx for the info, buddy. I'm envious If you scroll thru this thread far enough you'll find that i'm lusting after a P910i, although my S60 is keeping me happy for the time being Whereabouts in SA are you? I'm certain 3G signal will improve in time.

By the way, has anybody perhaps managed to use one of the Nokia 770 models yet?
