Exmor R. Only Z/ZL have 13mp Exmor RS. There is one more phone with Exmor RS, but not 13mp.

I take it the only phone getting Exmor RS then would Huashan or 6" Phablet....i really hope its the Huashan as I want a smaller phone with a decent camera

Not really soon, ST know-how CPU probably won't give much advantage for Samsung. But Ericsson's part won't be an easy going deal, both now have troubles with FRAND patents issue in US.
