Just went to S.E.S.S. ang got my T68i's joystick fixed! It felt loose after using it for almost a week. Somehow the S.E.S.S. folks were able to restore the "clicking" feel.

Actually, this isn't the first time I experienced S.E.S.S.'s great service. The first time was when they replaced my month-old defective unit with a new one. Apparently, my unit consumes more power than normal and left me charging it everyday. A full charge won't last for more than a day. I first brought it to Semicon, which BTW, is just a few steps away from our office. I wonder why they weren't able to detect the problem with my phone after leaving it to them for three long days?!
If it wasn't for S.E.S.S., I'm probably left with a misery for as long as I'll be using that phone. Kaya kahit na malayo sa amin ang S.E.S.S. takbo pa rin ako sa kanila!
