I've uploaded the latest version of M3 that I have here. Everything that is required to run M3 is inside the .rar file, including dotnetfx and the nero codecs. It works for me and I hope it works for you guys too. I wanted to create a new thread for this so that it would be easier to find, but I think there's been too many such threads by new posters recently, so I'll just post the link here.

@salambaba, you're welcome, let me know if it works for you.

@raven2000, what phone are you using, and which profile did you select for the conversion? I'd recommend not tweaking any settings if you're not sure what they do. Try the default profiles first and see if you get the results you want.

@raven, I'm really not quite sure what could be the problem as I have no problems using the default profile for my K750. I think your converted video might have been cropped, do you see any difference between the original and the converted video? If it really has been cropped, try playing around with the letterbox setting, might solve the problem.

M3 takes very long.....well, longer than SE Media Studio 3. I mean...it is free though....

I have used both, and even with SE Media Studio 3's best settings, it could not rival M3's lowest encoding quality. IMO that's ample justification why it takes longer to convert with M3
