How come this is still expensive?

I have no idea as to why the phone is so expensive,especially now right after I posted I have had no probs with the phone I have two cracked key pads!!!! ARGHHHHH! Guess now I'll be studying the post as to how to change them out!

Does anyone know how to remove the M2 Memory Card Cover on the top?
I don't want to break it, it doesn't say anywhere in the book, is it like the k800i where you peel it off from the right handside? It's so frustrating.
