The difference from v3.1 that I notice. 3.1 still leaves you noises in bright areas, i.e. bright sky etc. 3.1 barely leaves you noises in bright areas.

Already downloaded it and going to replace the older camdriver later tonight. Well I was surprised with the cool colors from my photo above. Might as well use our 2 photos as comparison between N1 3.1 & 3.2 results

Sometimes yes, because the shutter speed has been decreased by number1 to allow the sensor to eat more light.
