Yeah, it's good to have a one handed phone back, just make sure you get a cover or wrist strap as it's unbelievable slippy and the metal rim paint chips quite easily.

I'll probably get a clear gel case to protect it and still show off it's looks

I'm looking forward to get this phone soon. My upgrade is in November so might consider this Z3c as an option.

@Bono,yes your phone is very beautiful,it would be pity to cover it,
I think that if you will take your time with any phone, you can love them all (almost) I made up my mind and will not sale the Z1C...
As much as the Z3 is nice,I stil loved the metal frame of the Z1 more, also battery is still not as good as Z1C ...but it got better with time, today came back from work with still 60% (Z1C 70+) but ok it is new.
And about the Z1C scratch "problem" ... mine is 8 month old and not even one scratch, and I never use a cover on it.
It does get dirty fast but quality is Top,higher than Z3C and it also feels so.

That's good to know as when I had the Z1 the shatter proof sheet scratched and when I took it off that damn Sony logo came off with it and underneath the screen was a sticky mess with no oleophobic coating. I have found this phone to be lag free it's such a massive change from the old days of the Xperia T I once had for example and even remember Z

I have used the screen protector in the box cut the top bit off and used it on the back of the phone

I still have my T on my desk here, hooked up to the PC and saddened that i have no use for it anymore now that the Z3c is running like a champ.

Yup, the Xperia T was one of my favourites and I think the Z3C is the perfect replacement. I went from the Xperia T - Xperia Z and the jump in size was massive.
Caught this Z3 Taxi earlier on today.
