Yeah actually reading it properly doesn't look like it'll be their flagship.
Looks like an alternative to the currently exclusive IMX300, which still hasn't been formally announced.

most Android phones now limits to half of that at
120@1080p/240@720p... the problem is that SoC plays a role here to have a hardware encoder capable of having such speed... even 810 isn't able to handle such speed...
I think Mediatek claimed that they can do 120fps @1080p with X10.

What is Sony relationship with Vaio if there is any? I believe the name vaio belong to Sony. I don't think vaio company in Japan has technical/engineering division so how does that company produce the vaio phone? All the notebooks from vaio is the same notebooks previously sold by Sony.

Sony owns 5% of vaio corp, rest is Japan Industrial Partners inc
