if you can't compare so505is and s700 than you can't compare anything..........

anyway i think the s700 buttons are nicer, they look easier to use....

i can't believe some of u! 1st of all, u all screamed that japonese equivalents aren't available on the european market (althou' most of u guys never bought the T610 for example cuz it was too damn expensive) and now that u have it under the name S700, u worry about the damn sms ringing tone?! Will u pay 700$ to buy a phone for its distinctive ringing tone? U know what? I truly believe that guys like that 1 above worrying about the sms tone won't buy the s700.Just my thought.

PS: I never cared less about the sms tone or the 24/32/40/64 channel polyphonic rings cuz i am NOT buying it to listen to it, but to have a compact , ultra-high quality mobile phone...

I just saw some pictures of s700 prototype from clybsonyericsson.com and i am
very dissapointment from the camera. What is that blue, blur, and black screen and the colours on it when he used the camera function?1.3 megapixel and i recognised nothing. 262k and 1.3 mp heh.
Look at the following links.

I would certainly think that it clicked in place.

Ok, no I don't think it clicks into place at 90 degrees. And I think that the direction key will be as the one on the Z600, almost...

Question for those who've actually held the S700: How is the balance on that phone? I've held a 7650 & a 3650 and I sorta felt that they would tip over in my hand if I didn't hold onto them properly.

From the look of the S700 & the thinness of the screen section, I would hazard a guess that it is not top heavy bu I just want a confirmation. You know, for avid texters, balance is everything.
