1st: The SE update service program says that i cant upgrade my Z800i by myself. But i think that a service place 1 km away from me can do it.
2nd: Ok, så that will happen with a nokia, siemens and so on too then?

I think that images looks worse on my Z800i than on my old Z1010. Anyone else that have discovered that?
I have same pictures on booth cells.
I tested one thing: I changed a picture from JPEG to GIF and then it looked much better in my Z800i. Isn't that strange? Is the viewing for JPEGS bad or what? Firmware issue?

Ah nice.. cause i tested to use same picture as an PNG-file. And it was beautiful. So it is the jpeg compression, fw issue...
i have r1y too, needn the latest one!
Did your friend have the jpeg issues and the zero volume issue before upgrading to the latest firmware? the latest i r1a something huh?
