Do you know how many phones we can expect this year? What about the tablet story?
Wish they were able to port to mobile the AF of Alpha 9 that covers almost whole scene.
S9/S9+ and iX are not selling as much as expect.
If Sony could price the main phone no more than $880 , this is the chance.
I realize that this phone will probably cost more than $880 in USA and Europe.

I am listening stories like this for years for mobile division, in the end you always have mediocre products. I really hope that you statement is true, but knowing Sony nothing will change...

I also do not expect more the 10% improvement in quality over current Xperias. I am sure auto mode will still be trash.
Low light might be better, but overall I would not expect anything special, knowing Sony. Keep your expectations as low as possible, so you wont get disappointed. (99% you will be sadly, XR 4.5)

Nobody speaks about a notch which is quickly becoming commonplace in mobile design.
With Oneplus 6 being confirmed as having a notch I may be returning to the fold if it remains a design tend Sony can't catch up with.

There is this..
But I dont think it is true.
It says cam is 40MP , but photo size is 5056 x 3792.
Same size of pics taken by MOTION EYE.
20.7MP is 5248 x 3936.
