@AYA, u've set the pace again. Starcomm should pay u for this, while MTN/Glo wld do otherwise. Remember they have a representative here(MB).

You can say that again! I have dropped both my GSM lines and intend to pick them up only when I need to travel outside Lagos.

If MB puts in a word at Glo, losing a big GPRS customer like me might jolt them to further drop tariffs. 5k per kb would be just fine enough for me to have a rethink and go buy another 9500!
But would it? At 5k per kb, the 37 mb I used in less than 24 hours would still amount to N1,850!!! Aaargh! Abeg,
glo should consider a flat monthly fee too. I will definitely cross back

The 1st network to start the monthly flat fee for full gprs (comparable to starcomms price) should consider me their customer 4 life...
This /kb method is now becoming oldskool & needless when u can do what AYA just did..
i might just opt for the starcomms plan now cos i'm considering it big time..

You guys don't know how favoured u are. In the eastside, not much options. Anyone heard of rainbownet? They are fast becoming a major player but the snag is, you get to pay for every minute u spend on the net, abt N5.70. RELTEL's service here is just voice, no data!
