But I am not sure if it is possible.
The TV is there, you do not touch it.
But phone you touch all the time.
I have to idea if it can work while you touch the screen.

The physics would say it could not work. If the sound relies on the glass screen vibrating and the simple act of touching the screen will either dampen or nullify those vibrations then I can't see it working.
Maybe someone could walk up to one of Sony's OLED TVs and touch the screen to see what happens to the sound?

It does not seem to have any bezel, looks 100% screen to me..
