btw, was looking at HTC TytN and trying to figure out why it is more feature packed, yet smaller and lighter than the P990..

Yeah but like the O2 SDA mini S it has half the battery life of the P990...

And boy oh boy do they look stupid

Lol , but if the SDA is anything like my SPV C500 it locks up everytime I try to sync my music files, or don't stop all tasks before using TomTom I have to take the battery out to reset it (And I upgraded it to the latest sw I could find). I like the SPV but I'm looking for the next step up I think. After having a K750 which lasted for an amazing amount of time before needing recharging and seeing the P990 has twice the standby and talk time, unlike the Samungs I've had and the SPV... I thought I would give SE another go...

I've been reading this forum daily for the last 9 months or so,being a P910i user. I have posted once (basically when I joined) but have been reading expectedly on the release of the P990i. I must say that there is a lot of very clued up people on this forum, which keeps me coming back. However, no matter how much I want the new 'toy', my P910i is still plugging away doing what it does, doing it good (except poor battery life) so however frustrated I get, I sit back, look at what SE gave me previously and think that I can maybe wait a few more weeks to enjoy the next phase in the P-Series. Mind you, if it was on widely available tomorrow I would be ecstatic!

Best screen protectors available (got the P990i version in the mail couple days ago):
http://www.doml.com.sg/produc[....]2421&model=SE_P990&modeln=P990

Front of phone says P990i if it is a retail version; QuickShare if it is Prototype

tnx for the information. why is that they change it to a p990i rather than the old quickshare like the p910i? how is the sticker do you think it takes time before it will be removed?
