I am another satisfied user of the Arc....no lag issues for me to speak of. This phone does everything I want it to do with ease. It has been a joy using this phone for the last 4 months. I thought the Desire was going to be a hard act to follow, but the Arc is sooo much better.

yeah I love my arc, but regarding lag, mostly it's flawless but sometimes when listening to music and doing other stuff, sometimes the music will skip, sometimes for a while and it can get really annoying, especially embarrassing when you're showing off some photos to your mates on the TV and the music skips while loading them.
Still waiting for this update btw, don't think it actually exists

The only real lag I experience is either sometimes when going into messaging, or call log.
I also sometimes find it can be pretty slow reversing out of things (i.e. the back button) apart from that it's very snappy.

I had a hair-line crack where the sensor is, but not where the back key is placed. Though only recently I have had the housing replaced on my Arc, and it feels more solid than before with no creaking whatsoever.

These Cracks are annoying and can cause phone durability, on this 1st picture you can see that the crack is not only in the plastic area, but also in scratch the metal plate
This is Happening to all Xperia Arc, after 1~2months of use, cracks will appear, and it is very common to midnight blue, some say that it was caused by the heat on that area everytime you charge or play games and wifi/browsing, and some say that it was cause by pressing the power button every now and then.
although it is now under warranty, SE said that it will be replaced with same material for now, and they might change it. I even read that someone already replaced it's front cover, but after a weeks used cracks appear again, this cannot continue like this, they really need to change the material used in that front cover

Have you informed Sony Ericsson of the cracks on your phone?

I still think these cracks are caused by aggressive handling (squeezing) of the Arc. A previous quantitative - but not fully exhaustive post showed more users not having these cracks. I'm hoping the one I trade for tomorrow for my iPhone 4 doesn't have these issues. It'll be my second try at Android - the first gen Galaxy was such a horrible experience it's incredible screen was like putting makeup on a pig!
Are there any apps that. Cannot/do not run on the Arc?! I worry due to the qHD displays and dual core CPU Android phones becoming so common. How soon will SE launch the Arc upgrade?
