I don't like the feel of foreign synthetic objects poking inside my mouth.

Yup! Stripes is a nice place to socialze.. withh proper friends/ company
.
.
.
Happy Hours reminded me of this slimy Manager at the PVR Saket outlet of Ruby Tuesday.. last year for my friend's (we are 3-4 close friends, one of them) marriage we were in Delhi..
.
.
We were having our galla time in Delhi (as much as one can have in a city where, NO one seems to stock even Strong beer ).. This Guy saw our group ordering 3-4 pitchers plus some cocktails within just 5 of us over some an hour and half... being the freshly made manager started pitching us some God forsaken membership, that would save us money (how cheapo these Delhiwallahs ) & assure good service.. (No offence meant Prads.. if you reading this)

Really started licking @_ _ & we all took turns to take his case..

When my chance came I said I found TGIF Mumbai ambience better & he just bent over backwards, thinking I was a Bombayite, praising THIS THAT & everything under the sun about Bombay (one of the rascals in our group had told him that "only" I was the one with debit card or some such thing.. wen I'd gone to relieve myself)

He went to the extent at praising some of the TGIF (stripes- as its also called due to its logo) internal practices.. and that Delhi was the first place to have even Ruby Tuesday, CP outlet was 1st & that outlet was the second one in India.. went on & on & on

till I had to convince him I wassnt going to be visiting Ruby Tuesday or for that matter TGIF alone/ by myself .. least of ALL in Delhi & that my friend/ Biz Partner in Poona is going to enjoy such places more.. for which I wont pay ...

Man!! I cannt describe it well, but that was one hillarious episode at Ruby Tuesday.. think they ultimately DID open in Poona..

But I do really like the TGIF at Kala Ghoda area they do have all the marketing razzmatazz like Plasma screen etc during events.. its more laid back.. & the pitchers shared with right friends..

ahhh.. blisss.. total bliss

(as for eye candy (first I confused twas JN & not Gov hu wrote that above).. Cafe Royale at Regal Cinema circle is too chilled a place.. there since Brits rule.. owned & operated by this Parsi family.. frequented by firangs, foreigners from colaba.. as its a stone's throw from Taj hotel)
