hmm i dont remember which CS i installed, but it surely was choppy. this was when i had just got my pc. i've tweaked it a lot more after that. will try again.
@thuggie, wat was ur screename? yup in halo i usually ban ne one who got a ping more than 200. but for ya i'l make an exception
but need to kno ur screenname, hope its somethin unique.
