as far as I know the 'a' is not officially announced yet, and it doesn't appear on the US product page.
the only place I have seen it mentioned is in the white paper where it mentions it includes 850mhz

Hehe it is, i love mine although havent really used it other than the once when i used it with my w810i. But i bought it mainly for the p990i so i can listen to my mp3s wirelessly and plus it looks damn good.
Which reminds me i just got my new m600i so ill probably use it with that until the p990i is out.

I've got the following ready:
- pouch claimed to be for the P990
- MFOP screen protector
- 2*2GB Duo Pros (one for music one for business data)
- HBH-DS970 BT stereo headset (oops mentioned it again)
- trained wife to drop everything when postman arrives with the package to make sure she open the door etc
- planned time-off work to do be at home on the designated day (if needed)
- cleared shelf space to store the P990 box
But haven't got the spare battery or pack of 3 styli yet, hmm.. weekend ebay shopping
