Im sure you will find them on
India website, either the on their 'contact us' page or where you locate the nearest service centre to you, find out which ones are near you, then type those companies into google or something, and im sure you will find their websites and emails! It's not that hard

Sending a lot of emails is a very good way to make SE understand their customers are experiencing problems with their phones!
