Should have kept them both and cancelled the one that arrived 2nd, you have 14 days to do so, base it on the grounds of poor customer service.

Thats funny because I phoned vodafone upgrades about the phone yesterday and they told me that they don't have it and have no idea when they will get it. Did you phone upgrades or cancellations?

And why would they lie to me like that... they will be getting another phone call from me tonight methinks...

bizarrely i phoned o2 to say forget it, i will return my faulty e900 to them and forget sending me the K800I as im not prepared to wait what is now quoted 7-10 days ! after being promised it today on three occasions three diff people. They gave me the address to return the "knackered" handset to and told me to refuse delivery of the K800 when it comes, i told them that as it has not even left their warehouse or indeed does not exist yet they can simply not send it and they said they cant stop the process!!!
Its laughable really and reminds me why i left them in the first place (same problem with K750i a year ago , paid for next day delivery and never arrived) if it does show up i will return it when i can be bothered as i have enough grounds, names and ammuntion to fight them all the way on this.

In answetr to the other question i phoned vodafone upgrades. The lady told me that the phone was in "quarantine" but is now availble and assured me it will be here tomorrow had to pay twenty quid but thought sod it why not after todays stress.

Wish me luck tomorrow. Maybe if its new it will be unbranded , lol , i doubt it.
Cmon davinci team!

Edit - Loki , phone them now and see if you get the same answer i did, if they tell you its unavailable i will begin to think all the netwroks have a personal vendetta against me lol

I just got off the phone to Vodafone. They now have the phone in stock ready for delivery tomorrow. I phoned upgrades at first and was told I needed to pay £85. I then tried cancellations and was told the best they could do for me was £60 for the phone. May PAC code was also ordered from me. I'm not sure what to do now, whether to pay £60 for the phone or wait for the PAC code and go with O2.

Apparently I pay £30 a month for 200 minutes and 250 texts with this stop the clock thing.

Hmm decisions, decisions...

Doesnt matter too much as prefer he online tariffs
Need me extra texts you see.
had to dust off the old K750I and recharge as the crappy E900 is packaged up
i never learn do i? left o2 once because of abysmal customer service and them telling porkie pies to me, still went back like an idiot!
Left SE to go to samsuing once before , regretted it, still made the same mistake this year

you live and learn i guess

Fingers crossed for tomorrow, no doubt i will start a new rant aimed at vodafone tomorrow hehe
