sorry church, I 've not had that problem, it might just be your phone.....
sorry to sound smug but i have yet to find a problem with my phone, in any aspec,(part from green line in recording video, but that doesn't really bother me)

I might add that I have a video ringtone for the person that this always happens from, it doesn't happen when I have contacts that just have a standard ringtone set for.

Can't say that that has happened to me, I've used video ringtones both self-recorded and not...

Two more bugs for your list.
1) Progress bar is looking weird in some situations. Copy contacts from phone to sim and you'll see.
2) The total call time in service menu runs "faster" than normal. I've been on the phone for two hours but it now says five. (Yes, it was 0 when I bought the phone, and yes, I'm sure about the two hours.)

i have noticed this too. Mine says double in the service menu what it does in the call timers.
