xa4gva, try ensuring that PC Suite is completely shutdown, right click in the taskbar and select close. Also instead of holding down C, try the Back or Internet buttons.

Recieved my username and password for KK this morning,(paid for it on Friday Night).

Followed the instructions at the top of this thread, 1hour later my p990i have world generic 1 branding latest firmware.

Cant believe how easy this was, well done to KK, Area and spectre77.

The reason I debranded is that my p990i is fully unlocked to all networks however it was branded with the o2 firmware as a result I had no internet wizard, now I have everything.
