which is which? QVGA 15 fps? QVGA 30 fps? QCIF 15fps?

for some recent reviews... i just ignore what eldar says about video recording.
he is copy-pasting this particular paragraph from the K800i till now.
so ignore that part from his review.!!... besides.; he posted a sample from a prototype device which is QVGA at 15fps.
