Well, in Spain no operator even mentions the w980. Not Orange, Movistar or Vodafone.

Or here in New Zealand. VodafoneNZ may allow it to grace thier network by Christmas if they feel like it but I'm not confident as we didn't get the W900i, W960i, W890i and are not getting the W902.
I will have to get it from a grey importer, many of whom are already getting stock
Definately get it abroad.

What the h.....?!
I have already bought one from my trusted German online store.
as it seems I am not having any holidays or travelling...for the 1st time in my life!, I think it is a good revenge, expensive but what the h...!
439 euros + 15 shipping.
Plus 10 euros to input Spanish when it is available.
I hope the banks behave and also post....with a bit of luck, I will show you my baby in about 7 days!

I am really interested in this little beauty. I think i'll be buying it in a couple of weeks (when i finally get paid). Apart from the phenomenonly high price, and the kinda sucky camera, its perfect.
I've got one little question. In the reviews and videos i've seen, it seems as if there's GPS integrated in the phone. Is there any truth to this?
I highly doubt there is, but are there options to geo-tag photos and such on the production units. I thought it might have just been pre-release firmware that had it accidentally slip in, a bit like the intergrated radio ariel
