No.
Because the patch uses the "TrackID" option in the menu and changes it to "Record".

The Killer, could only find R8BA version sorry. But you could use APAP and port it yourself.

For your first problem, remove 'Automatically Record Phone Calls' patch.

You need to change the images for the background.
And you can do this in two ways:
1. use "imgToolDB2020" to replace the default images to the desired images.
2. else use the SYSGFX patch and place the desired images with relevant HEX code value as name in the SYSGFX folder.
The images necessary are provided by JUNZ in previous posts.
EDIT: hey i was just mentioning about you JUNZ. Hope i didnt mention the procedure wrong.
