Waited all fecking day long for my replacement. Not the fault of O2 but the bloody courier. Delayed till tomorrow due to couriers being over loaded and also bad weather
A drop of rain(well floods actually) & the UK falls apart. Am so having withdrawal symptoms from no smartphone
When I held the P the other day I was shaking with excitement it is so gorgeous then no earpiece sound nearly killed me

Thanks,really was a stressful time. They kept telling me yes I will get it today. It said on the van for delivery then after 7pm said delayed

Finally just got my replacement P. It works at last no dead earpiece. Its like new you would not think it was refurbished at all and its fast and smooth. Love it
