Yes, unfortunately, there are no headsets included with the newer Lumias, and afaik, only these are available in orange in the Microsoft store :

Other models are black.

I have to say that I have never seriously thought of buying me a phone like that. The quality (especially, of the camera) is good, though, the pictures which are taken on this phone are very vivid and colorful. But this is not really my brand, even though my friends are glad to use it.
