Fma, is "floats mobile agent" and is pc software designed for just about every SE phone. All the way back yo the t68i. No java required.
Speaking of the t68i, brix25, you're making me nostalgic and now I'm missing my old phone...
What the hell am i gonna do with it, i don't know, but now i miss it.

@Siosal: Thanks for the compliment... I actually bought the phone brand new from a dealer in Cape Town. How does FMA work with my phone?

'lo all,
Just wondering if anyone here has enquired as to when we can expect to see the Z800i here in South Africa?
Maybe we will even see the V800i first, since Vodacom is tied in with Vodafone for their 3G launch.
This really looks to be a awsome 3G handset, and I'm sure it will be priced accordingly, but well worth it...
Thanks

Best thing to do is is call

directly and ask when they expect the Z800 to arrive in SA. The phone has not been released yet, however it is due to be released in March.
I would say give it 6 months.

Thanks HB, will give them a call. But I can't see it taking 6 months since it is based on a phone that is already released (V800i). The V800 is listed on
http://www.threeg.co.za/3gphones.php?menuid=38 as "coming soon", so I think we may see the V800 before the Z800.

@brix25 just download fma from fma.sourceforge.net and install.
Connect your phone to your pc using cable , bluetooth, or infrared.
From there you should be able to see your phone's folders, battery life, signal strength etc.
You can read your sms's from the program. Should you recieve an sms while in the program or at least having it open, the sms will pop up on your screen and you can read and reply right from there.(Typing sms' on your keyboard...cool)
Questions...?
