Hi freworld4u,
For that price,hmmm....
As i told u on our meet,i know only about SE phones.
In SE phones,Wifi are available in select models like P990,P1i and W960(these are the smartphones-all have 3g,ok-good cam,wifi,1gb stick compatible/come free/has 8gb inbuilt).But all these cost 20k+
For GPS,SE has not implemented inside phone GPS...but just released a GPS receiver attached to a headphone which can be bought separately and attached to the phones(do check which phones are compatible) for GPS use.
If u can forgo wifi,About the other features like 3g(almost all new SE phones are 3g),ok-good camera(go for a SE camera WITH autofocus-u won't regret) and memory stick of 1gb(now given free with many models also its price now is 700bucks-grey)...lots of models are available but i would suggest K790/800 (14k ) or k810(18-19k)
