My goodness. Has anone confirm SEUS take that heavy resource on CPU? You'd better NOT doing anything critical with that laptop anymore.
Yeah, I know.
But it's my wife's.
She never does anything critical even close to that computer ..
nah, that was unfair.
I have told her about the issue, but it was she who threw the darn thing on the floor, so she is aware that it is her own fault.

Hello,
I have updated my k800i using FOTA (SEUS) via GPRS
and i now have firmware: R1JG001
I was expecting the firmware R1JC002 but i guess SE skipped it?
I checked on wotanserver and it seems i have the lastest lastest firmware hehehe which is so cool...
And it was my first try using FOTA and iam 100% ill use it again over SEUS since its easier!
K800i (Netherlands/Aruba)
Cheers

Does your R1JG001 have Bahasa Indonesia T9 feature after SEUS update?
I flashed mine via Wotan to R1JC002 and I got this additional feature.
Have not tried it yet! Have you not upgraded via SEUS to R1JG?
Don't be wrong, I'm among one of the first users with R1JG001 at the 1st day it was released on SEUS. What I mean is eversince I flashed mine to R1JC via Wotan the other day, I have had this Indonesian T9 feature. When I bought my K800i 7 months ago, I didn't have this feature. Just wonder if SEUS also adds it to APAC users.

It didn't run out of power, mate.
It shut down because it felt like it.
I believe it was overheated (SEUS runs at 100% CPU for a long time).
That particular laptop has been in the floor at least twice, so it's not 100% reliable

Or get a better laptop. I have an Intel-Mac and my proc barely breaks a sweat. I do have 3 gigs of ram though.

Can someone please give me some advise on this:
I just bought the O2 k800 unlocked and want to unbrand it so that I can use it in the U.S. and get rid of the O2 stuff. Can I then use the SEUS to get the generic update or will it still look for the O2 update and revert the phone back to 02? Only reason i want to unbrand it is to make sure I get the latest generic updates.
thanks
