@mamba: I already did earlier today. Yup! Its strictly WAP. It wouldn't transfer data in use with my laptop. But at least, Vmobile finally did the right thing.
@ihe: reboot = switch off + switch back on

@mamba: You are forgetting one foundation principle: that you need a full web GPRS account to be able to use opera. As this is a GPRS WAP account.... you might as well be wasting your time.

Hi Guys, I just tried the Vmobile wap service, after entering the settings from gosmartmobile.com but I didn't get a connection. I've rebooted twice, but still get the same outcome. (GPRS access denied) I'm using a siemens S55
