I think z5 ultra is axed.
S70+ is not ultra, look the zauba it is a single sim which means probably for specific network carrier.(Contradict to E6833 and E6883)
Don't expect snapdragon 820 will be come to z5 series

it's say early 2016 , so it's not possbile for z5 series. sd810 have 1250-1300 @single core and 4300-5000 @multicore , if they improve single core with %35 percent , it means sd820 will have 1700-1750 score @single core or if they improved @multicore , it will have 6000 scores @multicore(this point sd820 could have 1900-2000
scores@single core).
530 gpu will be such a beast improvement over 430 with %40.
i just find sd820 and other qualcomm processors shipments.

Single sim does not mean it is only for a single carrier, it just means it comes only as a single sim device versus a dual sim device which has been featured on many Sony phones.
Only certain codes were shown on the e-postel site, this doesn't mean other devices are not coming. Sony usually uses xx33, xx63, xx43 for dual devices, although this seems to differ on some lower end models, mainly M4 and E4.
Other variants of this E68xx exist but they just didn't go through the website. Once the z5 line shows up on the fcc, it might give a better indication how many models there.
As for the SD820, it was and is a 2016 chip, so best to hope the Z5 brings some major camera improvements, otherwise most users will skip it over, except those upgrading from older devices I presume.

I like it so far. A bit more thick means bigger battery probably.
