Un chef d'agence a un niveau médiocre en ce demaine. C'est une type plutôt administratif que technicien. Par exemple, celui de notre ville ne sait pas encore que l'envoi d'un MMS exige une connexion GPRS!!!(3andna ma9to3a man sayf).
