Now that your dog is avoiding your couch it is high time to train it to pee in a particular place. If it pees indoors, put a sheet of newspaper to the places it peed on so it could associate nespapers with peeing. Place a sheet of newspaper where you would want your dog to pee on and next thing you know, it would pee where you would want it to. Just make sure you have read the newspaper otherwise your dog will be all over the news.
