I've had mine on order since it first came up on Dustins site (two months ago approx) and suddenly at friday afternoon they've processed the order and mailed me the invoice and a tracking number.

No shitting, honest.

Ahh ok. Thanks. Was just curious as I could not find a direct translation of "forfallodatum".

Hope your's arrives soon though. Seems like good news that some are trickling through to retail.

Be sure to post some pics when it arrives.

Congrats man! Btw, that price is really good ($681). Great find vs the $1,399 some places are embezzling people for

Status shouldnt be a deciding factor of what you expect to get or what one thing or person should offer. I hope you wouldnt pick you woman based on Status. hey isnt India the land of the "diamond in the rough"; what happened to that.

Great price $681 but for US I'm hoping that the 850Mhz band doesnt up the price.

@Prom1
no comments about the diamond....
but what i meant by status was what it is going to get once its released....with its so many higher end features it will easily be the best phone at least for the next 6 months..... to beat them nokia will have to produce a very stable and fast touchscreen phone....
and windows based ones need to improve much on their stability and bug issues before they can challege SE.....no ones wants to reset their phone every now and then....

Why does it even matter if the phone has 850MHz for the US? The "i" spec phones, i.e. 900, 1800, 1900 work just fine here and are supported by all GSM carriers in the US (except for maybe really small rural ones... maybe). That's why I never understand why they even bother doing a "a" spec.

Also, people say that the UMTS in the US is 1900 vs the 2100 used in the rest of world. Apparently this is also not fully correct, i.e. Europe uses 2100 for download and 1900 for upload. Because the 2100 band will not be available in the US till 2007, the current UMTS networks (Cingular) are forced to do up and down over 1900. This is supposed to change once the other band is available and they can start using it..
