whoa ! 30 mins pursuit time !!
The max i got was 16 mins or so and by that time there's a spike strip at every turn with 6-7 corvette pursuit cars behind and 3-4 of those HUV's coming crashing in from front
I think its possible to beat that time in the lower Blacklist levels when the heat level doesnt go above 2 or 3...

Btw after you beat Razor there's an awesome pursuit with huuuge number of cars chasing you, lasts for 7 mins or so and u have to make a dash to some half constructed bridge and leap over it to escape the cops, imo that was THE BEST part of the game, unfortunately i cant play that particular pursuit again without beating Razor again
and i dont know how to do that

You can go for Ge-Force 6600, if Ge-Force 6600 GT is within ur budget, u cud go for that too
but yes, AGP is going out... so like blu said, better change your mobo first

i got my ati x550xt for 4k, but pci express.
@whiz I took a loan of 16k from GE money and bought a new mobo, processor, and gfx card.
