There's some Applescripts that will do the job for you here:

I've definately seen one that can add MP3 tag data from filenames, but I can't remember which one it was.

ok heres my story
i just put a powermac G4 dual 500mhz on layby for 700 bucks (225 GBP) with a 17inch studio cinema display thingy (the old ones).
its got 512 of ram but i want more, i dont know how to get more though.
its only got a combo drive and i want a superdive for it so i need some help there.
the guy in the store said he could put it all in for me but itll end up costing me like 300 bucks more.
i just need to know what i should buy and i can install it all myself.
also can i run tiger on it?
and also is it airport ready?

rite, i think i can help here as I had one of the old powermacs and dibbled in them (picked 2 up for £50 once lol)

rite, putting in wirless is bad for you, it will cost about $150 ecause the old cards are very expensive, I think it would raise the final price by 50 or so

id sell the screen seperatly, you will get more for it

upgrade the drive to a dvd rw, that shoudl cost about $50 and will make it much more appealing

if you can upgrade your os to the latest one, it should be able to handle mac os 10.4.6

upgrade the ram to 51mb or 1gb it will increase the final sales price and is cheap (check what kind you want, genrally if you look what you got you can just install a identicle chip) it probally wont take more then 1gb of ram

i recomend buying the bits then fitting them yourself, it will lower costs and is easy to do

Oops! See I've missed a few posts! Here goes:

application that can change lowercase letters/text into uppercase
For filenames: http://www.petermaurer.de/nasi.php?section=filelist
For text files: http://www.tex-edit.com/texeditx.html

are any dvd burners compatible in macs?
Yes, of course! Any IDE one is, but Pioneers are best. DVR-111D is latest

can you get any kind of Mp3 renamer that connects to the CBBD?
These ones works with FreeDB, not CDDB:
