I dont understand this. I used kulakendi and after flashing got 2 CDAs, world generic as first and my previous below it. Ok, it is said like that in manual.
But after conecting my P990 to seus I have been told I already have the latest fw i.e. it is not recognised as world generic.
Right now I am stuck with two CDAs and R4A13. I also did format disc and master reset.
Anyone have any sugestion?

edit: I can see that although my first CDA is 162007-1 the CDA version (behind it) is R5A01 which is the same as previous (not R5A13).

I had the same problem, it was caused by selecting delete start logo on Kulankedi, when I reflashed with Kulankendi without delete start logo next time I went to SEUS it said World Generic1 and I was able to update.

Just out of interest is it possible to change the CDA back to what it was before? I'm on Orange and thought that if I had a problem with the phone that required it to be sent back (I have Orange Care) then I might have to put the Orange firmware back on.

Yep, you should be able to switch back to Orange with another credit.

Thanks artesea, thats good news. Been having problems with the phone calls and texts not being able to get through whilst the rest of the phone functions still work. If the generic firmware doesn't solve it I'll now be able to change it back and send it back. Thanks again.

I changed my CDA today using KK I only ticked the cda change box and nothing else. I have 2 cda on the phone. When I connect to seus it says I already have the latest firmware. The p990 is on orange in the uk with fw R3
