Only seen the complete black one for sale from HK on ebay. I can imagine it looks awesome in the flesh as I have just changed my friends grey W580 so that it has the buttons (numbers AND top keys) and back piece from a black one. Looks pretty smart btw!

I've got the Boulevard Black one in the US. Called AT&T, told them I didn't like the white one and asked if they had any others - I was hoping for the Carbon Grey. They had the black one. I've had it for a month now and been quite happy for the most part. (Just noticed its available through their website now...)
I've also see the Black/Orange one in the US in AT&T Kiosks at the Mall and at Best Buy, so its around in this country at least.

The zoom is enabled when you switch to a lower resolution. Else, there wouldn't be any point in just stretching pixels. (note that it's a digital zoom)
And besides... you're disappointed with it just because of the zoom?! Come on...

The zoom function is same like most Cyber shot camera from sony.
ITs what Sony claimed smart zoom for its digital zoom.
when you set a 7megapixel T30 to its max resolution...you only get 3x optical zoom...when you see it to lower resolution...only you can get digital zoom.
for video on w580...since resolution for the video is so low....it ends up allowing you to zoom.
