Just got my K850 yesterday.. the first one out of the shop!
Here is a pic - I feel that the colors are not vibrant - I wonder if its a setting?

play around with the settings...(dont use Auto all time....experiment (with your self) and your camera...he he he.....
one cool thing with k850 is that you can change the speed in BestPic (slow or fast)....for example....take some nice leafs from the ground...throw them up in the air...shoot quickly some BestPics....realy cool thing. (tried that some days ago).....
what i like most with photographing, is when you manage to "freeze" the time in a picture..like this one:

@plankgatan,
Very nice macro shot, indeed. That's one mother of a water drop! We get rain with drops of that size here in Oman and you do
not want to go outside when it starts pouring.
Does the K850i allow the use of the Xenon flash with BestPic or did you use another light source?

i dont think bestpic was used in that one?! coz flash fired... or maybe theres an artificial lighting on the back of the person shooting.
in anyway, its magnificent.

yep.
@jojo and razec:
the top of the line Canon EOS-1D III has a burst mode of 10fps, however an affordable 5MP like the Canon PowerShot A460 has a burst mode of 1.5 fps.
The K800 best pic takes 1 photo every tenth of a second (10fps). But burst mode and best pic are not the same thing. Burst mode actually saves all the pictures taken, whereas Best pic only saves the one you select out of the nine.
Actual Burst mode, on the K750 (K800 doesn't have an actual burst mode), is one picture every 0.6 of a second (approx 1.7fps), but only 4 pictures are taken per burst (but all are saved).
In contrast the Canon EOS-1D III can take and save 100 jpg or 30 RAW 10MP pictures in one continuous burst of 10 fps! Now when a camera phone can do that there will be no more argument about whether camera phones are "real" digicams or not
