@Lollylost100

Im Currently on X10i Generic NCB (R1FA016) , Is there any adverse effect if I update this to Swedish Branded (Telenor) X10i Firmware (R2BA020) or German Branded (O2) X10i Firmware (R2BA020)

Im actually not even from Europe, Out of telenor and O2 which is better?

Thanks for the great work.

@5H4K,fortissimo: Like mentioned above, "repair/update anyway" the program will say your phone is up-to-date but you want it to update anyway/repair, during this progres the current firmware is downloaded, and if you follow all steps it will install the same fw on your phone that you currently have, it's only after this you will have the temp-files and are abel to overwrite them with your own newer fw files. next step is that you will have to do the update process again, choosing to repair/update anyway again. it can't be done in one turn.

it's all explained in the first post. i followed it and succes the first time.

Note: if you are updating to X10i Generic NCB (R1FA016) you will have to run the update once again to get the new R1FB001, so in total you will have to update/install your x10i 3 TIMES

You need to "repair" anyway, with the same software, then copy the new files over, naming them the same as stated in the very first post. Do another update and the new files will be installed.
