The xperia active it the only phone that uses dragontail glass.
The 2012 phones might use it.

It is really hard to scratch and shatter.

Assuming the samples were taken with AWB, the white balance of the Arc S seems to be more accurate than that of the S. That said, though that's something software can fix; the S's sensor seems to perform better in the night shot.

The sides don't look too much thicker than the Arc, but the ends (where it tapers) look pretty chunky.

Arc looks the sexier and thinner naturally, but the Xperia S is not that much bigger and not that much thicker. I really dont mind the S being heavier, as normally i dont like my phones to feel too light. Most people who have seen and commented on the Xperia S have said it has a nice weight to it and that it feels good in the hand. Cant wait to have one in my hand. Oooer missus.
