Same shit for me, have tried to contact Davinci on this matter but no answer yet. If i mail them on same adress about buying some credits they answer in a couple of minutes. Think everyone should stay away from their service... Just have to wait until Setool support DSS20/25.

I have just used the Sony Ericsson Update Service for my phone here in Australia (with my DSS-25), and my (unbranded) S700i now reports itself as:
R3K004

I couldn't be happier - all of the issues I was experiencing are gone:
- Audio not heard straight away on some outbound calls
- Slow audio on some inbound calls
- Phone looks like call still active even after hanging up
- Missed Call message locking screen
- Slow menu speed
- "C" deleting contact rather than letter typed for lookup
- Phone intermittent reset
- Delayed DTMF tone sending on some calls
The phone is now fully usable, 4.5 months after purchasing it
I also like the little additions such as extra camera status display (light on/off), video length etc.
What I would still like is to be able to use AAC files for ringtones (can play them, just not as ringtone), and also using MP3 or AAC file on memory card for ringtone (currently only files in phone mem work).

i've installed both pc suite and syncstation drivers many times but still nothing. i tried switching on and off mobile monitor, still nothing. anyone there that knows what i have to do?

Okay, do this.
Reboot your computer.
Turn off the firewall.
Connect the USB cable to your computer.
Start your web browser. I could never get MS IE to work. I used Netscape and it never failed once.
Now try to connect to the SEUS.
Hope this works.
