Buddy I am just afraid of seeing history repeating itself allover again.Microsoft - Bill Gates , got the picture. Nokia is so dominant atm and without any constructive critic their dominance will certainly increase. Look at the EDGE market. Because of patent rights and other related issues nokia is already tops :-( Also the 3G market has been cornered already. While other manufacturers measure success by hundreds of thousand of units sold,Nokia does it by the millions ! Only a fool would ignore this fact.Nokia atm make and brake standards as they please, the others must follow.(look at the screen sizes. Who remembers the old (ugly) 5110? You know what that screen size is still sold today.Se had to drop the Pxx superb screen for a smaller Nokia size (s60+a few extra rows !) I really hope in a true and 'fair' competition but atm is Nokia and the rest (unfortunately) Greetings from SA.Mario

Hmmm, I think it looks like a girls phone. I really like the brushed metal look but otherwise the styling doesn't cut it for me. It needs to look a little more edgy, something more about it like the V800 for my liking?
I suppose it could be because I hate the 'feminine' looks of the Ipod Mini, and well, as someone else said, this phone looks a little bit like it...
Pls don't mistake my comments for being sexist. That is not my intention, but unisex this phone isn't.
I wonder how SE will market this phone on TV and in magazines?

Well ladies tend to buy mobiles too you know.
The K600 is probably the best looking phone on the market today/tomorrow. My bet is they are going to emphasize the 3G aspect of course and the looks.
The gender-aspect of phones is hard to follow by the way. Remember the T600 that was marketed as a ladies phone. In the end especially men were using it.

It's now available for preorder at Swedish retailer Katshing. Preliminary price is 4400SEK, ~480€. Not too bad, but I wouldn't be surprised if the final price is higher.

..a little off topic(not regarding price or availability),but I have just seen the Vodaphone version of K600.
The keys have been changed(no spaces between each key-like K750)
and the lens cover is now a small sideways sliding cover.
Several colours are available(saw purple and green)
has anyone else seen this to back me up?
...it will be announced soon.
The deign IMO is much better looking, cleaner and more business-like.

look at a picture of the B&O beocom 2 telephone.
The new design reminds me of that(two strips of coloured alluminium flanking black joined keys, with the black treatment continuing over the screen up to the speaker)the shape of the phone is otherwise the same...(reminded me of ipod mini also...but wont give apple the credit for good design..hehe...)
