is that fish in a jar? =)) I like krio's modded 21.9 (slower vf/sharp 6/compression 83%). I think it's very good for a k750i ( i don't know, but it seems that it takes better pix that my dad's k810i :/ )

Can you please share with us that Criomag's modded driver? because as far as i remember 21.9 had 5 for sharpness. i think it would work great on w810i.

thanx

Here is the 21.9 modded by me: http://files.filefront.com//;7627601;;/
all credits go to kriomag.
@Raiderski
u forgot to mention:
seq_set_prop_5_0=$z0
...
$c0 08 #MIN(01,90) #MAX(02,30) #AVG(01,E0) #QUALITY(55,55,32)

OR

seq_set_prop_5_1=$z0
...
$c0 08 #MIN(01,90) #MAX(02,30) #AVG(01,E0) #QUALITY(55,55,32)

do i have to change.. OR both??? (for 85% compression)

@norbi_nw
in 21.91 is only ONE macro for jpeg compression settings but if you want to do this in 21.9 then you have to replace both _0 and _1 as you wrote

@ raiderski

i have just looked at your photos with all those animals!!! and these photos are the best i've seen so far!!! well done man!!! especially the one with the flame of fire! how did you manage to take it? which driver do you use? do you have 5 or 6 set for sharpness in your driver? and the focus seems brilliant in macro shots!!!

i'm speechless right now

@gedas5

thanks well... i did those pictures with slightly modified (some fixes, improvements - nothing big, i can share) 21.91 camdrv. i'm amateur but i decide to learn basics... i always pay attention to switch proper normal/EM/ENM mode, correct EV and white balance. i always think how to use available light sources (sun especially), set proper distance, try to find the best composition, doesn't use AF if no need etc. i realize that hardware+camdrv don't take great photos without two most important components: head and eyes - this is the best camdrv we have

fire i did in very cloudy day - camera light metering VERY STRONG extinguish whole background leaving fire only. flower macros - i'm surprized also because my shaking hands and wind never help me in this kind of photos

so... if you want to take better photos then observe entourage, test many shot solutions and make many photos - progress guaranteed
