these pictures were taken by 2 different ppl, and..i dont think that on the second one is the batter indicator yellow..seems green to me;)

It is yellow. Theme is laser precision and as far as I know, green is green on mine, only when on low battery it isn't.

not the battery indiactor...
please tell us these following things..
1----> is it fast or better than prev firmy??
2-----> is the media player indexing the memoory card faster??
3------> Is the EQ bug fixed??
4-------> does it include any new themes??
5-------> are games faster?? or better than prev java engine??
6-------> is camera better???
7--------> how is the battery ( well take time for this to answer)

For christ sake how should we know?!?
If there was anybody on the forum here that did know about it they would have answered you!
The news about the FW have only been passed on from a czech forum by one of it's users. The person who told about this did not have the new firmware himself, our do I misunderstand?

Have done that several times through the last monts
Have even logged out for 1 whole month, without any news
