I posted another screen comparison of the Xperia Z and some other phones from PhoneArena in the Xperia Z thread so we won't start discussions about Z again here.

Anyway, have a look although I'm really having doubts about what PA did.

Sony forced to sell the New York office
The loss-making eletronic-giant Sony must sell their office in Manhattan to survive. The money will be a welcome cash injection of nearly five billion, reports the BBC.
It is a skyscraper of 37 floors at 550 Madison Avenue sold to real estate Chetrit Group for 1.1 billion dollars,. The house, which Sony bought in 2002 by the telecommunications company AT & T, is the headquarters for Sony's film and music business. in The office works 1 500 people and the idea is that Sony will rent the house for three years, reports the BBC.
After having reported losses for the past four years, Sony has launched a comprehensive restructuring of the business which includes the sale of assets and substantial layoffs. In total, 10,000 jobs disappeared.
the selling of the New York office is expected to give Sony a cash contribution of $ 770 million, Sony also says that they are considering selling a property in Tokyo, where the company has its TV business, reports the BBC.
As matters worse was the Japanese electronics giant's credit rating downgraded to "junk status" by the credit rating agency Fitch in november. According to the Institute there is serious doubts whether Sony will be able to repay their debts.
Sony's forecast from november is that the company will make a profit of 1.5 billion in the year ending last March 2013.
