I think that VIDEO DRIVER is driver for front video-call camera but maybe I am just mistaken.

Video driver is for playbak not recording,so it's the CAM driver that counts

No the equaliser doesnt reset but it turns off from manual and stays turned off unles you turn back onto manual but it still keeps ur settings. but u have to keep switching it back on.
