Firmwares don't make phones explode. Faults in the battery manufacturing process can cause this but still, it's a millions to one shot of it actually happening to you.

Can someone that has the new firmware shed some light as to how they acquired it if it's not on EMMA, and at what stage this firmware is (beta, test, final, etc)

So its just not loaded to EMMA yet, correct?

I too love this new news of R1EA031 firmware photos ... but as Mizzle stated it looks to be early development. That dungeon photo test was classic ... I noticed a purse there ... who says geeky girls aren't messy
Seriously though its awesome that development has been underway while we where all whining. I just get this feeling 2 days before its officially available on SEUS that Mizzle is going to upload a photo taken from his phone with the new firmware to Esato and post in the forums.
Just as a "here go my friends!" hehe.
That would be awesome, subtle, professional - in an Incognito way.
41 more days till I own one of these beauties. I'm just glad that the new phones announced is not a better looking phone than the K850i (Xperia excluded).
